Peach Pie is in the Season

White and yellow peaches chopped up and lined up on the dish. Drizzle on top of it is a mixture of brown sugar, vanilla extract, pecans chopped, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and tapioca flour.
The dough is made of flour, butter, sugar, salt, and vinegar.

I couldn't find any cookie cutters, but it would have been fun to make funny shapes from the remainder of the dough.

When you bake it, you have to remember to line the edges with foil.

Underground Farmer's Market

Underground Farmer's Market was a success! A ton of people showed up, and it was a lot of fun despite all of the hassle! We baked over a hundred little cheese rolls at Kelley's apartment, and that was how many was left.

Some body had suggested to bake some Brazilian Pao de Queso... which has powdered cheese mixed in with the dough... It's great when it's freshly baked out of the oven. As you bite into the bread, the bread tears off like string cheese. yum!

I had also made a bunch of sweet potato rolls... which were kind of strange, and people had bought them a lot. The sweet potato chunks are mixed into the bread dough, but it might be worth investigating using potato flour for the bread dough.

I had shared a table with some scientists from Stanford University. They were selling beautiful Macarons from France.
These were only 1.25 each! and they're not just pretty from the outside, they are beautiful in the inside!
